Adopting IQF individual quick freezing technology at ultra-low temperature, the mushrooms maintain their original natural color, firm texture, delicate flavor and rich nutrients without adding preservatives, artificial pigments or any food additives. All production procedures comply with ISO22000 and HACCP food safety management systems, meeting EU and international food residue and microbial standards.
Available in whole, sliced, diced and quarter cut with complete size specifications. Products are packed in food-grade inner bags and standard export cartons. They must be stored and transported steadily at minus 18°C with a shelf life of 12 months.
