We have ever received customer feedback regarding canned bamboo shoot sliced and strip a labeling inconsistency,, how to avoid such situation ? There are some actions during the processing:
1. When changing specifications in the production workers from the sealing process should be
well connected with workers from the basket loading process in the sterilization workshop to
ensure that products of different specifications have been properly labeled and isolated. Only
after confirmation by management personnel can product specifications be changed. At the
same time, handover should be carried out with the management personnel of the drying and
warehousing process to confirm the sterilization pot and sterilization basket positions for
changing product specifications. When drying after sterilization is completed, the consistency of
each layer of can code and the consistency between the cans to be stacked and the stacked cans
should be confirmed. Only after confirming that there are no errors can the operation be carried
out.
2. When packaging in the warehouse, confirm that the products to be packaged are consistent
with the shipped products, and confirm the product codes layer by layer and can by can. Only
after confirming that they are correct can they be packaged.
3. When spraying, it is necessary to perform a first can inspection after turning on the machine
or changing the product specifications, and any problems found should be dealt with
immediately. Revise the homework manual and provide further requirements for preventing
mixing of tanks.
After labeling and packed in carton, QC team would random selects up 4-5tins of different cartons from different pallet and identify to make sure everything including content, can code, label and carton are all consistency.
